Cancellation Policy

Booking All classes, workshops, and private sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Space is limited; early booking is encouraged. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy By booking a class or workshop, you acknowledge that you are in good physical and mental health and agree to inform the facilitators of any conditions that may affect your participation. You understand that participation in movement, meditation, and energy-based practices is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. Embodied Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for injury, illness, or emotional responses that may arise during or after participation. Cancellations Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time to avoid forfeiting your class credit. Workshops & Events: Require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of payment. Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Refunds & Credits All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for classes, memberships, workshops, or retail purchases. Credits may be issued in the form of account balance for future use in cases of emergency, illness, or studio-initiated cancellations. If the studio cancels a class, workshop, or session, you will receive a full credit or refund. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early. Doors close at class start time to honor the sacred space and maintain safety.
