Group Classes
What to expect, regardless of the class.
Group classes are intentionally kept small. This allows for a more personal, grounded experience where each person can feel seen, supported, and respected in their own body. Smaller classes create space for thoughtful guidance, individual attention, and a calmer energetic environment, especially for those who may feel overwhelmed in larger studios.

The vibe I bring into every class is down-to-earth, welcoming, and non-performative. You’re not expected to look a certain way, move a certain way, or push past your limits.
These classes are about building trust with your body, learning how to move and breathe in a way that feels supportive, and creating space to arrive exactly as you are.
Each offering has its own tone and intention, while still sharing the same foundation of mindfulness, accessibility, and care.

Our classes value both structure and freedom. You’ll be guided through intentional sequences and practices, but you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move in ways that feel supportive. If that means modifying, pausing, resting, or going a little rogue, that’s welcomed here.
The goal isn’t perfect form or keeping up. The goal is mind–body connection.
