The Studio
We are here because we saw a need for something different.

Come as you are.
No fluff, no pretending, and no pressure to perform.
Not even a perfect flow.
This studio was created for real people in real bodies who want to feel safe, grounded, and human.

Oddly enough, that is exactly what this space stood for long before it became a studio.

So now it is story time.

Before this was a place for movement, breath, and restoration, this space was a hi-fi stereo shop. A space devoted to listening. People came here not to rush, but to slow down, to feel sound in their bodies, and to choose quality over noise.

What we did not realize at first was that this space already held personal history. It was only after the lease was signed that we learned this had been one of my stepdad’s old stomping grounds back in the day. This was where he found some of his lifelong favorites, turntables, cables, and sound systems that shaped how he listened to and experienced music.

Music and rhythm also run through my biological family line. My father was a touring drummer in the 1990s, playing alongside incredible musicians and living a life shaped by timing, presence, and feel.
Music and sound has always been part of how I understand connection, regulation, and being fully in the moment.

Without trying to plan it, all of that history found its way back here.

Today, sound is curated intentionally in this studio, not as background noise, but as part of the experience. It helps the body settle, the nervous system soften, and the mind slow down. Classes are intentionally small so people are seen and supported. The pace is thoughtful. The energy is grounded.

This is not a studio built for trends or performance.

It is a family rooted, community centered space. A place where people are welcomed exactly as they are, where connection matters, and where wellness is built through presence, not pressure. Whether you come for yoga, meditation, sound, Reiki, or simply a moment to breathe, the experience is personal by design.

If you are looking for loud branding, packed rooms, or a highly curated aesthetic, this may not be your place.

If you are looking for something real, honest, and deeply felt, you will know you are in the right place the moment you walk through the door.
