Hello

I’m Alee, and I am the founder of Embodied Yoga & Wellness, a life long dream realized. This space was created to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in both body and mind.

My work blends mindful movement, meditation, & Reiki to create an integrative wellness experience for each person that walks through the doors.

Each offer is rooted in presence, consent, and nervous system awareness. This studio was born from a deep belief that healing doesn’t need to be rushed, fixed, or forced. Healing isn't linear and truly begins when we feel safe enough.

My Story

My path into this work began when I was seventeen. My mother raised us to respect nature and taught us how to live in relationship with it, including how to survive within it if we ever needed to. That early foundation shaped the way I move through the world and the way I approach healing today.

Over the past nine years I have studied and practiced yoga, Reiki, and other holistic wellness pathways. I first turned to these practices to support myself through burnout, childhood trauma, and the constant pressure of holding everything together. Along the way I learned that true healing does not come from forcing change. It comes from slowing down, building self trust, and working with the body rather than against it.

Embodied Yoga and Wellness grew from my personal practice into a community centered studio rooted in accessibility, compassion, and real life support. I believe wellness should meet people where they are. Sometimes that looks like movement. Sometimes it looks like stillness, conversation, or simply being held in a calm and grounded space. My role is not to fix or push. It is to guide, support, and create environments where clarity, regulation, and self awareness can unfold naturally.

This studio is a reflection of my commitment to embodied living, honest connection, and offering tools that people can truly integrate into their everyday lives.

You are welcome to join a class, book a one on one session, or simply step into the studio and see how it feels. However you arrive, you are invited to come exactly as you are.
